Are you saying that the 'Clock' icon has disappeared? This cannot be deleted so perhaps you have accidentally moved it into a folder. To find it again, use the Search function to find it. From your normal home screen swipe from left to right - you should see a Search field it the top of the screen. Alternatively do a big swipe downwards on any normal screen (not an app screen). In either 'search' field, type in 'Clock'. Once you are in the Clock you will be able to switch to Alarm on the bottom of the screen.
If you cannot find the Clock app then do a reboot on your iPhone. Do this by pressing the large 'Home' button on the front of the iPhone AND the 'Power/Sleep' button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Once the logo appears, release the buttons. You should see your iPhone rebooting.

To launch the app, select Start and select Alarms & Clock from the app list or type its name into the search box.
Alarms and timers work even if the app is closed or your device is locked. If you see a warning that notifications only show if the device is awake, make sure your device doesn’t go to sleep (Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep to adjust your device’s sleep settings).
Keep your laptop or tablet plugged in and make sure the volume on your device is high enough to hear the alarm or timer.
To respond to an alarm, select Snooze, or Dismiss the alarm to stop it entirely.
If you need to change the time zone of your clock, go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time. Use the drop down menu under time zone to choose your preferred time zone.
